I always stay at this hotel when I visit. They helped me with my bags at check-in, which made a good impression. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a massage service. Perfect for my trip.

excellent staff, great views of the mountains, everything is good. the rooms are a nice size and attractive and they have central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge. the rate is us$ 6100, satisfied.

We stayed at Gran Hotel for our hike on the Kumano Kodo trail. The staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage during our trek. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel even offered free rental bikes, making it easy to explore the area. The location was convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the humidifier and air purifier. a cozy and comfortable stay.
